Protecting Our Reservists & National Guard Members
As a member of the National Guard or Reserves you need to ensure that your rights are protected when you are called to Federal Active Service. In this section you can find information on your rights under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, USERRA and state and federal protections that you have. You need to ensure that you and your loved ones, which are left behind, know the protections that are afforded to you under the law.
